Disappointed!

My daughter was very excited about playing with the new pup, so we did the update. Now the game wont even load , the screen just goes black! Wouldnt be as upsetting if we hadnt paid for it. Someone needs to put out another update to fix the problem so peoples money isnt waisted and their kids arent crying because their game doesnt work!!
