Sick girl wants to play!

Well it has been downloading for 30+ minutes with no progress. Im on a good network & all other apps I purchased have downloaded within 2 minutes but this one says its purchased but just wont appear. So then I stopped the download & pressed the little cloud button to start again & Ive got the same thing... It isnt downloading. My daughter is sick & I this was the game she wanted most....
